perhaps DW9 could get gameplay or cinematic reveal after Musou Stars is out.

More than likely not til the end of this year. They just recently started development on it, which is why their announcement trailer was only still images and artwork. Omega Force is more than likely largely focusing on Musou Stars (which I'm actually pretty sure is done already) and Fire Emblem Warriors right now.
