Title: I made All-State band!

After months of practice, I made first chair Middle School All-State on trombone! For those who don't know, All-State is a statewide music competition in which districts compete, and kids are picked out from each district for All-state. You are then tried out for All-state chair placements against everyone in the state who tried out. This is a huge achievement for me, and I'm really happy.

That's pretty great! Also, quite the privilege for the person who gets to sit in front of and get whacked by the first chair all-state trombonist!
