He is the only Belmont not to have an adventure as the heir to the VK. He should get his own game. Maybe he is dealing with the trauma of having to face Dracula while knowing how he brainwashed him. Along the way he faces some sort of Phantom that reminds him of his self perceive weakness. He fights that very fear in the form of a Minion/Boss.  Thus slowly overcoming his lesser nature and reinforces his resolve to kill Dracula.
 Any thoughts?

It would be neat to see him have his own adventure out from his father's shadow. But like all Belmonts eventually he would be using the vampirekiller as the intro to Belmont's Revenge tells us about his succession of the whip from his father. It just didn't happen due to Dracula's interference.

he knocked a bitch up and took guile's advice

-
i always wanted a game starring him too. I thought it woulda been phat had IGA developed 3 more Metroidvanias for the 3DS to form his last trilogy. first one would be a game with Quincy Morris as the protagonist taking place in 1897. second one would be a Soleiyu game, and the last game to end his career as Castlevania producer would be 1999.

-
He had the perfect opportunity to do the 1999 game after he did AoS. But instead his chose otherwise and the whole 1999 thing became too big to deal with.

-
Now much older, he would go on to look for Dracula's remains, and hunt Elizabeth Bartley, who revived Dracula and caused all the tragedy years before.

-
That was that CV comic run wasn't it? I'd almost forgotten that.

Yeah, and the involvement of the Bartley family is based on actual canon information.

Elizabeth Bartley died in 1614, which would be when Soleiyu is much older, nearing his 40s. Something happened at this time that caused Elizabeth to be resurrected later in Bloodlines. We don't know what it is an this was never expanded upon.

I remember reading years ago, when the comic still hadn't come out, an interview in a gaming magazine where the writer claimed Iga was very involved in over seeing the process and keeping everything canon.  It seemed to indicate that it was the official version of events.  Sadly this wasn't enough to save it.  It's probably the worst of the series forays into other media, at least among the serious ones.

 Was it this interview?

The author actually says he never directly interacted with IGA and that he received almost no notes from Konami.

I thought the Which Drolta accidentally resurrected her through an incantation. At least that's what the Bloodlines manual mentioned. I don't know what the Japanese version states.

Yes that is written on the US manual. However, in the JP storyline, there is no clarification of Drolta's involvement on Elizabeth's resurrection. She is only said to be a subordinate of Elizabeth and said that she summons the monsters to stop the hunters. Although one could say that Drolta's involvement is implied, there are a few more bits of information supporting that Elizabeth's return is not just due to the actions of Drolta.
-
A game that the boss is not Dracula, but another powerful vampire. Dracula returning for the thirth time in the same era would be too ridiculous.

Expanding Elisabeth Bartley background would be quite nice, or they could add another historical or mythological vampire not covered in the games yet.

Or rather he should do the 1999 game before he made AoS, since we already know what happened after 1999 as well as useful info during that time, it's pointless to make a game out of it from the very start, it's more suitable to make a novel or a comic based from it like the backstory of Curse of Darkness.

Back to the topic, I'm also imagining a story of Soleiyu after Belmont's Revenge since early 2000, plot is quite similar to Vampire Hunter D Bloodlust but more specifically the PSX game based from it.
