Title: Chronicles Simon in Portait of Ruin
Post by: DarkPrinceAlucard on August 20, 2018, 03:16:38 AM: This is a quick hack I'm making over the top of my previous Super Castlevania 4 Simon hack, as such it features the new alterations to the inventory and enemy stats that I added to that hack, here are pictures below, will be releasing this one later in the week over on the CV Modding Forums. ;)

Well I've already made a hack for Super Castlevania 4 Simon located here,

But if you mean the "classic" Simon from Chronicles than sure its possible but currently I can't seem to find a sprite sheet for it, if you could find a sprite sheet to provide than I will definitely add him in and possibly make this a double Simon hack release since those sprites line up perfectly animation wise, I would just release 2 separate hacks at the same time to where fans can choose to play as "Classic" Simon or "New" Simon from Chronicles.

I've heard of Spriters Resource but mostly only used sprites from Jop and Castlevania Crypt but lately Castlevania Crypt website has not been working which was why I was at a loss lol, but yes I will add this Simon to Portrait of Ruin as well, I'll release 2 hacks and let the fans decide which one they want to play as. :)

Sorry for the late reply, just seen it but you probably already have your answer by now if you've played the hack lol.

But just in case the moves are not new really since I only had a preexisting sprite sheet to work with that did not have those to begin with and thus I had to use some of them instead, the backdash came out looking good but the slide is admittedly a little weird lol.
