Use the "["youtube"]" "["/youtube"]" (sans the doublequotes), and in between the tags, just add the Youtube Tag.  That's the tag that in the Youtube URL shows up after the 'v='.  It's usually just a bunch of letters and numbers, but it is sure to work!
