I have a copy of that that someone burned for me.  It's Three Whopping Discs goodness...
...but I haven't played it yet. :S

I like oldschool RPGs, and I think they're still around only easier to maneuver, like the DS versions of DragonQuest, and the PSP version of Final Fantasy I.

It is a very very pretty rendition.  The Map layout combines the regular map from FF:Origins, and the scrollaway Mode7 effect of FFVI, a mix which results in a very good presentation.

The battle swirl has a kickas lensflare effect, and the character sprites are very cool-looking and detailed.  Very good stuff.

It's better-presented than "Final Fantasy IV: The After Years" for Wii, which purposely chose to have the oldschool map look and character sprites somewhat similar/inferior to the FFIV battle sprites (still cool looking though, and the overworld sprites are taller which looks great).

I've always loved Legend of Dragoon! I remember my brother and I would each select half the characters to control, so it was like we were playing multiplayer. I'm always hesitant to replay it though, because it's DAMN long. It is worth it though. It's a lot of fun.
