HELL. YES. So looking forward to this.

Wish it were on the Wii already though.

I'm bummed it's a 3DS title. :'( Wish they were developing it for the Wii U in full HD.

Still, a sequel to one of the greatest games ever? I'm there.

It looks good, but I'm very bothered that it's not for Wii. I think Nintendo is letting their desire for new system success mess with their release schedule and goals. Pikmin 3 (now reportedly for WiiU), Pilot Wings Resort, Luigi's Mansion 2 should have ALL been on the Wii. Nintendo is just making some odd decisions lately--Tanooki suit can't fly in 3D because screen is too small??? Wing Cap could just fine on DS. I think a bigger problem is the world are less open. Sheesh, the N64 was really ahead of its time. Even modern games can't figure out those design principles of 3D it seems.

I'd have been down for a Wii U release of Luigi's Mansion 2, using the more standard controller but having the screen for like inventory or other functions. Or, pointing it at the big screen as a replacement of the Game Boy Horror camera, snapping ghosts that way. Or do a co-op mode where one uses the Wii U controller perhaps for tracking ghosts and moving Luigi while another the Wii Remote + Nunchuk for the vacuum functions. Coulda been something pretty boss—but instead it's coming out for 3DS? Bogus.

I just hope they don't push back Skyward Sword like they did Twilight Princess. If they try to make it a Wii U release title, I'll be pissed. If they were going to do a conversion right, they'd have to redo a lot of things. Hopefully they just keep that a Wii exclusive and instead start work on a Wii U Zelda title.

I agree, totally. Kid Icarus shoulda been a wii title too. Not even Wii U. Why hold off sequels for a new system when you could be selling them now?
