According to the title from it's page this would be Arikado..but I Really doubt it as this appearance is far too feminine and the clothing is different..and it is very diefferent from the AoS artwork...what do you think?

That's not Arikado.
That's from another of Ayami Kojima's illustrations, from her other works.

I personally don't think he look the same at all..it's just that he was tagged as "Arikado" in the website I showed=p
