I checked around for an official introductory thread, but didn't find one, so in its absence I decided to make this.

Howdy. Long-time fan, first time poster. My name's Benjamin, and I've been a fan of the Castlevania series since I was a wee tyke, though my tastes tend to range towards the 'Classicvania' games, which I define as everything from the first game up to and including (and in my case especially) Bloodlines. I look forward to discussing one of my favorite series of games with you.
