Topic: Contra 4 Ocean Vehicle Sprites?

Can someone rip or direct me where to get the fish vehicle sprites shown in this video as well as the water effect sprites (or a similar game) that are left by the vehicle?

Also, can some one suggest a game from SNES or Genesis that had good underwater effects and sprites I could use? (Splashes, waves, that kinda thing..)

I hope you remember it dude. I have a kick ass Atlantis stage in the game that I am working on at the moment. Do you happen to know a game where I can get a similar water effect sprite from the vid from?

I've done somemore checking last night after posting but to no avail  I remember seeing the sheet but I just can't find the damned website. It's almost as if it jumped off the face of the planet. I hate it when things like this happen  I'll try again later on. If you're interested in other things Contra 4 related then check out the spriter's resource. The have one boss and two Neo city half bosses, aka the tank and the spider bot.

Well, I am on top of all the major spriting sites, the trick is finding the smaller ones, they seem to have the most obscure stuff! lol Hey by the way, do you know where i can get those Shinobi3 wave sprites from the surfboard that you were talking about? I watched a couple of vids on Shinobi 3 on youtube and you were right, they look great! If you can find those man it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for all your help ! Cheers!

Dude, ur the man! Now, I just have to put watch the video to see how it's suppose to go. I literally am using only 1 sprite of the vehicle I have for now to start, but these will at least give the allusion of speed to the vehicle. Now, if we can just find those fish sprites, I can get some more animations done for the Atlantis stage. I will post a vid of what I have now pretty soon for ya'll to check out. If you have anymore suggestions for games with some awesome water splash effects, let  know! Cheers!

Good news, everyone!  You just heard this in my voice!

Sorry, I couldn't resist.  I was looking for Contra 4 spritesheets too and the only water vehicle I found was a red one that belongs to an enemy.
I should get the emulator working so I can just rip, hehehe.

Last time I checked the enemies used the same vehicle as you did. It's confirmed in the boss fight in the Neo city stage.
