Well I always wondered why konami never used actual music/musicians from romania. I think it would be a good idea. So I am searching somethings and this is what I have found out for right now.

Hungarian folk music from Transylvania by Arany Zoltán

So I was just wondering if any one else thought about it. I know some do not like the orchestrated music in LoS but I think it would be interesting if the music was done in this way. And to tell the truth this is the first time I have listened to romanian/hungarian music.

That music is awesome. I wouldn't mind music like that in a game.

Doesn't really strike me as CV music, but these could be good for a town area. Speaking of town music...

Town: Castlevania 2 Music

If i was in control of music at the mall or something I might throw this track on.. It'd be worth getting fired over.

Make it technoy. Hire the guy that did the Tetris soundtrack for Nintendo.

Romanian music possibly closer to what you were thinking of?

Simple.  Game companies prefer to do their music in-house rather than hiring outside artists. It's cheaper that way.

Because they're too busy making it sound like generic adventure movie music that's as forgettable as the shit I took earlier.
