Hello all I had a question about Oretachi Geasen Zoku Sono 15: Akumajou Dracula packaging

Do the bonus discs come attached inside the DVD case or are they loose in in cardboard sleeves. I've seen pictures of the bonus discs but I've never seen how they fit into the DVD case

So only the game snaps into the DVD case
