By the way, this is from a song I heard in the radio some days ago while I was working.
The beauty of the music got my attention, then I heard the beautiful lyrics.
The name of the song is "Maria", and it is a tango, sang by Julio Sosa.
It's a whole different kind of music, but the chord progressions of tango are sometimes very neoclassical, and so, they are very similar to Castlevania.
If anyone's interested, here's the link:
Julio Sosa MariaThe poem at the beginning is by J. Sosa, and it says:
"What an old and tired image returns to me the mirror! Ah, if she could see me!
Alone here, in the grey shadows of my bedroom, this, our bedroom, that seems so big since you're gone!
God knows by which unfortunate paths may you be walking your sadness,
and I'm here, alone, with your farewell knocking at my soul,
while the feverish dawn of my hopelessness brings me the hallucinated echo
of your little steps that take you away,
and the sad music of your words,
that keep reducing to silence".
