(Spoiler Question) Location Question In LoS

First off, I just wanted to say hello again.  I used to post here awhile back but had to re-register as I forgot both username and password since it's been about at least 3 or 4 years since posting here.  Heh.

Anyhow, I had a question about Chapter 9/10 and until the final battle.  What I didn't understand was is this place Gabe travels to Hell/the Underworld or what is it within this world?  Never quite got that.

Anyways, nice to be back. :)

I guess you can say it's another dimension, or the "gateway" to Hell.

I'm pretty sure Zobek calls it "hell on earth" its pretty much a land under a lot of heavy influence by necromancer magic.

I'll parrot what has been said above, but add that I don't think it just earth. I that while it is technically located on Earth, it's more like an inbetween dimension or something, created when...

I was wondering this too, since I think it shows the location on the map in the book if I recall.

Think of it as a place like Mordor in the Lord of the Rings trilogy. It's physically part of the earth, but the land is under such strict evil control and been corrupted so bad it's changed into a very hellish-looking place.
