Forget the name of this little game. Something about a deadly spanking or something.

"Vault Boy" is a cool character featured in all Fallout games. In the games, you gain perks for completing various tasks, and some of them negative ones for doing immoral things. One of those are "Childkiller" gained in Fallout 2. That artwork was made for this, but never used because it was a bit over-the-edge. Don't see why though; in a game which allows you to dig out graves and sell your friends to slavery it's only a part of it.
