DailyVania

Hey, guys. I thought I should share this with you all (this is the only forum I'm doing this on). I'm editor-in-chief over at Rely on Horror and I'm running a daily feature centered on the Castlevania franchise: DailyVania. Everyday I post articles talking about the series; right now Lords of Shadow has been getting a lot of focus, but I got a lot of stuff coming up which will cover all of the classic games. I hope you guys enjoy DailyVania and I just thought I'd make this thread so I wouldn't have to post one for each article I publish. Here's the link to the feature's main hub page:

Man, I LOVE your articles, I can't miss a single one, and I take perhaps too seriously the whole Dailyvania thing because I check your site dialy :P the only thing I disagree with you is the high score you gave to the DLC's and HoD (especially HoD.. 10? really?) but I like how you write and the topics you talk about, keep going man!

Is this HoD Harmony of Despair or Harmony of Dissonance? People seem to use the initials interchangeably.

HD = Despair
HoD = Dissonance

Simple as that. In this case, I believe he's talking about HD.

Cool Articles.

I liked your article concerning a Symphony of the Night sequel.

2.5D would be the way to go if such a sequel ever came to pass.

hey jboc973

not to sound like a dick or anything, but all your posts on this forum thus far have just been "hey i have an opinion on this topic, but you have to click on my site to read it" ..and that's a form of soliciting which is frowned upon here

In the future, please remember that site soliciting is not allowed.  If you want people from here to visit your site, then do the following steps:
1. add a link to your site on your signature.
2. become a more active member at this forum, so that your signature is more easily visible by people.

After reading through his comments I'd have to agree with you on that.

Hey, yeah I know it may seem like whenever I post on here it's to promote my work but that's not really my intention. I want them to lead to heavy discussion on here, this is my favorite 'vania forum on the net and it's the only forum I link my articles on. I really wish I can be much more active on here but running RoH among other things takes up a good chunk of my time (not that I'm complaining!). I'm glad some of you are already aware of DailyVania, though. I try to give the series as much attention as possible because honestly, not that many other news sites do. I got some neat things planned for the anniversary too, but I won't say too much about that  :)

That's what I personally forgive the guy's "spamming", really this man puts CV in N4g more than anyone else, and franchise spotting is always good
