A 20 dollar PSN card...hmm. I'm not sure what you can buy with that budget...are older PS1 titles on the digital marketplace OK for you, or do you want only newer games? ;o

In terms of buying with just 20 bucks I've personally have not found anything I liked or wanted. I know that PS1 and some PS2 games will come under that budget. But it depends on the game in question and what you're looking for.
