I feel like it's better than just putting them on Steam and never playing them or never redeeming them at all. I do this a lot on my social media accounts and figured I'd just spread them out a little further.

You should start a social networking thing and call it something like GSiG - (Good Samaritans in Gaming) or maybe something less biblical sounding ;P - where people can either donate or exchange steam keys with one another.

Either way we're one step closer to a generous society of gamers. I think what you're doing is a great thing.

That isn't a bad idea assuming more people were on board with it. I currently don't do it often enough to warrant a network but I'd be down in the event more people were up for it.
