So do you think that this manga will take place before or during the videogame.  Perhaps, it will take place in regards to everything in that we learn exactly what happens before the game (when Hector and Issac were friends), during the game, and the aftermath (after the game ends, what happens with Hector and Julia).

Whatever the manga covers I think that I will read it.  However, I will only buy it if it is not posted on a free website, such as mangaone.com.

Yeah, I plan to read it too. It's funny, just before I found that, I was thinking of buying the Japanese versions, just to own them and look at the artwork, but now I don't have to.
