I've been playing Symphony Recomp and... yeah SoTN 16:9 (16:10 Steam Deck) feels right, still EARLY in development but worth a spin.
Also, I've used the Quality Hack, aside from a specific need to noclip (Breakable Ice near scyilla fight) it works rather well.

It also has been getting mod support, Randomizer, and updates on the daily so the bugs will probably be nonexistent within a few months.
