The truth behind if it was or wasn't originally Castlevania (And other interesting facts.)

Interesting, good read, but I don't agree with the following in BOLD:
"Dave Cox:  [On N64's Reinhardt Schneider] Yeah he was a bit like that, kind of this furry big armor, very brash,
very one dimensional. . .
Schneider was one of the
least one-dimensional CV heroes. Think of his inner conflict with Rosa, a cursed vampire woman that should be his enemy, and yet he struggles to save her. He goes out of his way to help out Malus, too. And supporting material notes he is a man who was plagued with "self-doubt" of his bloodline responsibilities from his youth. ...Moreover, did this interview have to use the later-drawn, Arnold Schwarzenegger-esque art for Reinhardt rather than the more accurate earlier official art (which actually better matches the in-game model and is much cooler)?
On another note: There's a new video out and about with Cox playing and narrating, and the game looks pretty convincing (I told myself I wouldn't watch anymore, too). I'm more or less sure now that it'll be better than the two PS2 Castlevanias. Will it be the best CV ever? I don't know. But aside from some quick camera transitions that seem just slightly awkward, it looks like a lot of fun. I like a lot how it's incorporating the whip so heavily.
