I would add Bloodlines to that list. Bloodlines was amazing.

Also, while not a mandatory play, I would recommend Aria of Sorrow.
Laura and Gabriel arrive in the deepest cave of the castle and... they find IGA.

i already played Aria of sorrow :3 In fact it was the first game in the series i played :D
I just got Dawn of sorrow, so far its good, but i hate the touch pad thing that u need to do to finish off bosses -___-

Dawn of Sorrow is entirely skippable unless you want to play the Castlevania 3 inspired Julius mode. The game just doesnt add anything to the story that Aria made and finished. In fact, it is completely unnecessary.
