My thoughts exactly.

Why all the sad faces? We got Harmony of Despair for PS3 and LOS2 to look forward to!
If I actually had a PS3 I would be looking foward them... =P

Dang it...

I'll rejoice as soon as I see a version of Sotn with both extra stages, Maria and Richter playable at the start and not on a hand held, not hacked and that happens to be in English. That's all I ever wanted out of CV since 1998. So simple.

With the stretched sprites and tiles too? It is so simple indeed.

Lose the stretched sprites and tiles and give it the full use of transparencies like the PSX version. Then we'd have a winner.

Not yet. Change the third hand button to open the map button and put in an accurate Richter's alternate costume AND remove the slowdown.

Then we'd truly have a winner in 1998.

Good call I almost forgot about that. I suppose wouldn't hurt to add all the extra items that are found in NitM especially those speed boots Alucard gets after fighting Richter. With Maria I'd like to see the sprite that was used in the psp version with all the abilities of the NitM and psp. The finishing touch would be a special features menu that includes all the music tracks(including NitM bonus tracks), and the Kojima artwork. Unless there is something else to add?
