Here's a little something I threw together not long after seeing a fan pic of Sailor Moon's Naru-chan crossed over with a CV3 Harpy. I don't know if it was Eric Roman or Kurt Kalata who liked Naru-chan and wanted to see a Harpy version of her. But anyways here she is in all her 8-bit Harpy glory:
