Topic: MMLegends 3 canceled

as you've might've heard by now, the LEGENDS 3 Project has officially been canned. Capcom issued a letter of apology, basically saying that "it's nothing personal folks, just business."

this sucks cuz I went out of my way to repurchase Legends 1 & 2 just so I can prepare for 3. pretty much all the input added by the fans has been for absolutely nothing.


I guess the only other game to look forward to now is DmC lol

I love how they keep insisting how important Mega Man is to Capcom... and then proceed to cancel everything he's involved with that isn't a cameo or a book.

I know this won't bring MML3 back, but who wants to join me in torrenting DmC when it's inevitably leaked on the internet? (I can't play it like that, it's just out of pure, venomous hatred.)

Whenever a business says something like, "It's business, it isn't personal." it IS personal, as far as the fans are concerned. Especially when those businesses have no qualms about investing their bad games. It's just one of those accounts how these once-great companies have totally lost their edge.

That sucks but it's not surprising considering Inafune left the company and Legends three was already hanging on a thread during the prototype phase.

This is such a shame. The mega man legends games are so good, they need some love too. Maybe they should cancel the new DMC instead...
