For me Death is the most fun when using the cross or the axe. Knife is too hard, and as has been shown the holy water is cheap.

Ironically, In Simon's Quest, Killing Death gives you the Golden Knife, which is one of the strongest subweapons of all time.

Death is the most interesting of the fights listed, but I decided to throw my vote in with Giant Bat. He has a lot of personality for just being a bat (albeit a giant one).

That and he comes back to "taunt" the player before he can reach the tower. Those multiple Phantom bats pissed me off during my first playthroughs.

God, I remember the first time I got to that part. I remember saying to myself "WTF!?!" and then running for dear life and of course getting killed after the third phantom bat shows up. Ah those were the days. ^___^

As you can see I FREAKING HATE BATS! they were so hard to dodge on stage six that i had to stop playing for three days.
