Greetings,
I'm a student, studying games development, and as a longtime CV fan (Bloodlines was my first) I'd like to
help you guys in your project in any way I can.
As a leveldesigner I work mostly using Unreal technology,
however I can also model using 3ds max and create textures.
So if you need anything from me feel free to contact me
at:

impulse87@gmail.com

and you can check out some of my work at:

interesting works, so your a 3dmax user?

Updated News: Demo is slated for release soon, once some models are worked out. Me and Don, the main mapper and programmer of the game are also considering a 2d adpation after the 3d version is done, this will be a pure fan service if done to appeal to the classic gamers, it'll play somewhat like rondo would have. no word yet tho if the 2d adaption will be made tho, keep your fingers crossed.

Updates:

a modeller has joined us and thus far we've not suceeded in getting our models into the game as of yet.
a difficulty setting never present in castlevania is present, 4 modes to choos from, the first is the normal vania difficulty, and it gos up 3 harder levels to reach "vampire hunter" mode which is the hardest possible setting a  few bosses will have extra forms in this mode and a few other things are only avalibe in this mode, if your a true hunter this one should give you what you want

tho i've not bene involved directly in the project recently alucard was originally ment to be playable in the game he still maybe if we can get some things working. level design will blow even cod away, we're trying to make the game non-repetive to beat the ps2 games out of the water.

even if you can't work the things out maybe put alucard in a demo half assed?
so we can see him in 3d once :P
but i'm hoping you work things out for alucard to be in the game ;D

Is Maria gonna be in it? Seeing Miss Renard in 3-D would be freakin' sweet! Even putting her in a secret mode would be cool. Besides, it's Alucard. He and Maria go together like peanut butter and jelly. ^_^

tho konami wouldn;t do it for DXC, i figured i could do it lokoing at the cv64 carry alt costume for most the details, but will it be done? maybe as an expansion release which isn;t slated to be done any time soon, since our main focus is the game itself, currently were into adding vocals to it now. so i might model young rondo maria as a bonus character
other features i wish to install alter is a

update: the project is nearing its public demo release, latrely i've bene mapping small parts for it now as well as some other castlevania levels. eg the DXC keep. tho i can;t say on an offical release of any of it yet, thats still TBD, recently i found some special effects for the engine that will sue some of the n64 effects to save memory that is so the game won;t slow down or crash.

updated dxc keep (possible castlevania map pack)
