Topic: Harmony of Despair -Who is your main character?

I chose to go with Richter because I've always loved his god-like moveset.  But now I regret the decision because it's taking forever to power up his subweapons, and I'm a little annoyed that the play control is based off of his PoR appearance instead of SotN's.  If I could do it over, I'd take Shanoa --her magnes ability gives her some treasure hunting prowess on most of these maps.

He has the longest whip it seems and he's just a bad ass in general. Oh, and he can whip and all directions too like CVIV Simon.

I've only played as Soma and Alucard.  I seem to have hit a brick wall in getting more powerful because no matter how hard I try I can't get a good sword.   I wish I could just find a good farming team and stick with them for a few hours and get some real goodies, but it has eluded me so far.

I usually main 8-Bit Simon, although I do usually mix it up with other characters from time to time.

I started with Soma to get a good assortment of gear, and now I'm working on Simon.  I'll probably do Julius or Jonathan next.

I main Julius because of his pure manliness.  Having an 8-whip certainly is nice as well .

I enjoy his whipping style, but it would have been very handy to just allow his normal attack button also attach to the magnet thingies, though that ability in itself seems pretty useless outside of novelty.

Meanwhile back here at camp it's all about Simon for me as much as I like Richter,Yoko, and Shanoa I just get to the point with Simon no fancy action here no blackflips, no akuma like moves(even though Simon has a hadouken ) , no skull hopping, ect. it's just time to whip undead butt.

I hate that Soma and Shanoa got to keep alot of their cool ingame abilities while Alucard can't even get any familiars or even turn into a bat now.

Seems IGA showed alot of favoritism towards those 2 hence the reason why they are 2 of the most overpowered characters in this game.

On a side note, Does anyone else think it was a retarded move not to include Trevor Belmont?

After all he does have a up to date sprite sheet from SOTN and POR which means it would not have been to much of a hassle to add him.

Not only him but Eric, Grant, 16- bit simon, and Hammer from what I hear did they not have a voice sample from soma saying his name?
