I'm looking for everything on Castlevania which was inspired by Progressive Rock, but having a hard time finding it on youtube easily. Can we make a list of this type of music?

Do you mean you want examples of Castlevania music that is inspired from progressive rock? That's pretty easy. Huge portions of the first four games in the series is full of it. Just listen through those soundtracks. Or do you mean you want examples of bands who have delved into similar progressive rock/jazz sounds? Jeez, I mean, there are hundreds. But I supposed examples where you can easily find similar music would be found in the discographies of King Crimson, Yes, Iron Maiden, Tool, Porcupine Tree, Opeth, and really, I could go on and on...There's just a lot to be found in the programmed bass lines, keys, organs, drums, beats, harmonies, etc.; a very prevalent progressive sound overall.

I listen to progressive rock/metal, so I already know many bands. I'm talking about CV tracks inspired by it.

"Dwelling of Doom" from CV2 is a total rip-off of Yngwie Malmsteem's "Far Beyond the Sun".

I was not aware of that.  I always like Dwelling of Doom and still think it's really impressive for 8-bit NES.  The Japanese Famicom disk system version doesn't sound nearly as good.  I think the US actually got the better deal there except for the save changed to a password. The version by Goat titled No Flesh Allowed is great and so is the one in the NESkimos' CvII medley.  A Belmont's Curse by Metalvania X is yet another great version.

Wait, I'm a huge Prog Rock fan, but how is Castlevania even remotely related to it?  I wouldn't consider any of the Castlevania tunes to be Progressive.

Michiru Yamane introduced many new elements on Castlevania, since her first Castlevania on Mega Drive. Just one example for you, in SOTN, we have Marble Gallery, many sections of the track remember us of bands like King Crimson and ELP. Michiru even admits that Dream Theater and prog rock was one of her influences in music, in one interview.

Older castlevania games have a bit of that 90's metal too.
