Resurrection of the Night (Kickstarter)
« on: November 09, 2017, 11:31:13 PM »
In celebration of Symphony of the Night’s 20th anniversary, this team is making an orchestrated version of the soundtrack. The first volume (13 tracks) have already been released (with many live instruments), but the second volume (Alucard's Elegy) has a goal to feature live symphonic orchestra and choir recordings. It will feature mostly tracks from the inverted castle, but also some from the regular castle. You can still vote for a track you want until Friday 9AM Pacific time. Currently Crystal teardrop is leading, but I hope Prologue can still win. I love that piece because it play at the start of the game and is very powerful! There is also a possibility of additional 3 tracks from all of Castlevania series (as stretch goals)!

Check it out at this link:

I believe they can make an amazing album. Last year they made an orchestral soundtrack of the Ocarina of Time soundtrack featuring a 64-piece symphonic orchestra. I listened to it and sound very nice.

You can listen to the first volume of Resurrection of the Night here :
Spotify seems to feature only 7 tracks.

Have been following this project for a while and the results are beautiful. I really can't wait for the second volume. Hope they manage to hit their goals because if they do it will be even more amazing.
