So I bought it and beat it (saved all the wimenz too) it's not bad but the entire time I had this looming feeling that if they had put this on the ps3 instead it would have been 10X better. All the details in the background are lost because everything is so tiny, its a shame.Uh I also noticed this dude with a cape standing in the background on what seems to be a bridge on the stage where you fight the Dogether, the level with the dinosaur skeleton and it's as soon as the level begins. Anyone know who this might be? it's really bugging me and he's in the original too i checked.
Considering it's way easier to play than the original (y'know, not having to spend a huge amount of money on a highly obscure and fragile CD system), I'd say it's worth it if you already have a PSP. But there's the issue with ghosting and the fact that it's way cooler on a big screen that just can't beat the original.Whoops, you meant the remake, haha. I'd say it's worth it for the new stuff, yeah.
The Wii's Virtual Console has Rondo of Blood for. It's exactly the same as the original. There's no need to try and find a PC-Engine.You can probably bargain-bin DXC by now cheap though.
