Those cutscenes are trash tbh, it just shows the formation of inverted castle in crap quality.

Honestly, it could have turned out well (though not likely, considering what Contra gave us on PS1). It is worth remembering that PS1 FMVs were, for the most part, absolute trash. Very few games gave good FMVs. lol

This is true, but DreamCast was going to deliver CV Resurrection, and that looked good for then, 'okay' for a decade onward (it would've aged horribly by today's standards.) I think it's safe to say that for Resurrection>random PSX CV for its time.
