I managed to rip the sprites from the game that used to be vampiria back in the old times.

I've heard about this Vampiria a loooong time ago, more than 10 years ago maybe.
Can I have this game? I'd like to see it!

Back then it was supposed to be a non-profit fan-game called vampiria, but some time later they changed the whole thing into what is known today as Parasitus: Ninja Zero, mostly because of some metal band with the same name(Vampiria) and also Thaddeus and Ringo(the developers of the game back then) wanted to make a profit.
And so... it became a XBLA exclusive for the XBOX360... for 2 or 3$ i guess.

At least that's how i remember.

And this concludes with everything sprite and background related in this game made by Thaddeus, the rest is just generic HD particles, HUD textures and a really, really ugly final boss and alien ship made by someone else after Thad's disappearance.

What I'm interested now is in Thaddeus's other work pre-parasitus, mostly for research purposes.

Funnily enough, I have some of his old stuff that I'm guessing was made during the development of this game. I don't have access to it right now, but I'll get back once I do.

Thanks a lot. I've heard the name Vampiria many moons ago and had forgotten about it until now, I don't recall if I had seen even a single image about it nor that it became its own thing. It was hard to rip these?

In the beginning yes, back in 2009 it was so hard that i gave up, but over time certain tools started to pop around the net.
So i tried a bms script to decompress the xnb files and TiledGGD to see the uncompressed files, the results were wonderful and the rest is history.
