Honestly, I would've preferred if St. Germain remained passive. It makes the whole thing shakier than usual. What the hell was that brief chance to attack Hector for no reason whatsoever about?

I think he means CV64 for N64.  Then again, the male hero in that game is supposed to be a direct decedent of the Belmonts, even though he doesn't have the Belmont last name.
