I found this on Ebay. It's the Drac figure but it actually looks a lot better than the pics shown earlier

So, I see you're bidding on that, lol. But if I were you, I think that's a little fishy, considering they're aren't even ready to be released to the public, so I don't even know if that person really has that. I dunno, just my opinion.

Yeah, you're right. The last thing I bid on was the Jap SotN with the preorder and I never got that. It's a bitch to go through all the steps to have paypal give you a refund but I figure 'what the hell, might as well give it a shot anyways'. well, if I do win it I'll let you know if it's real or not

The figure is probably real.  It seems that the wave hasn't hit yet but a few are slipping out here and there.

If you guys want pics, I don't have a digital camera, but I could do it on a regular one and scan the photo. It could take a while, though.

And it's weird...my card has been charged, and the figures are listed as being in-stock at Toy Wiz, but my order status is still blank. No e-mail saying they arrived, nothing. For anyone who has ordered stuff from them: is this normal? Do I have to wait until the order gets shipped to hear anything new?

so,  i can buy these on ebay, but everywhere else, they're sold out and retail stores that normally carry neca figures like spencer's, fye, or hot topic don't carry them.
