Topic: Castlevania Tribute Board Game Kickstarter

Seems like someone’s making a Castlevania tribute board game called “Dracula’s Curse”.  It would be an assymetric game with one person playing Dracula and setting the traps and everyone else playing the heros.  Seems like the kind of game that somebody’s gotta make, if not Konami themselves.

The closest thing I've played to Castlevania as a tabletop game is the Curse of Strahd D&D campaign. There's also the Ravenloft board game, but I haven't tried that yet.

I forgot about this game too, I think its pretty good. It's similar to Pandemic, but feels different enough. I think the coolest aspect is how much the boss monsters differ in terms of how to defeat them.

Wow, that's crazy.  I used to get huge into Castlevania collecting, but I've never seen that thing before.  It does have the Konami logo in the corner, but not in any way that they would have approved of - it's cut off.

I think you bought it from me. It's particularly unimpressive, but it's nice that it exists.

I've seen this before but haven't looked into it. Is it just inspired by Castlevania or is it an actual Castlevania?

I think it would be fun to make a Castlevania board game. I'm going to make one.

Ok, so I made a Castlevania board game. I posted about in fan stuff, but yeah. Personally, I think it's cool, but I'm biased.
