yeah, got that glyph too. i already collected every glyph, got 100% map and all quests done, been playing the game since monday.

Are there glyphs that can only be gotten by bosses, as in, one chance only to get certain glyphs?

I'm at the shadow boss now, he's damn hard.

not that i know of. i'm missing some items though, so maybe there is something.

for the time being, you can use judgement ring (enhances your glyph union power) and the element enhancing ring, compatible with whatever element the enemy is weak to and your glyph is set to. i found sword+elemental glyph unions pretty useful. then, having as much hp+heart recovery items as possible is a good idea too, some of the enemies in the lower levels are just evil.

in the end, dominus agony, which you activate for only a second or so, so that you can hit the enemy and deactivate it immediately to minimize the hp loss. the stat gains it gives are very helpful (almost +100 to most stats).

three. two are from storyline bosses, one from an optional boss. in reality only albus's glyph is a one time only deal though.

barlowe's is shared by an enemy (demon lord) in the optional area with all the fights, and the optional boss always resets once you leave his room, and hell, if you killed him before getting his glyph just strike him again to bring him back to life and fight again.

Lame, hate it when you can accidentally skip things forever in games. I never saw a glyph opening when fighting Albus. What's the secret to it? Is it even worth it? Damn, may have to restart my game now.

he uses it before he fires the giant fireball. you don't have to restart the game. just finish it, then replay on new game+ and get it then.

BTW someone mentioned Aeon. Is the same Aeon from Judgement? If so what role does he have in OOE? Or is this Aeon a totally different character?

It's just a very strange coincidence. There is NO WAY they are the same person. The Aeon in OoE is an old, fat, jolly baker who is a super-nice guy and makes food for you.

Also, it's alluded to that everyone in the village is a descendant of Belmonts, so that also makes it very unlikely that it would be the same Aeon.

Ok, I'm at Death. I need tips on how to beat him. I've already beat the guy in the arms depot. By the way, how do you get to the keep? It has something to do with the cerberus statue, doesn't it? And Death is guarding the last piece, right?

For you info, I'm level 36 and have the platinum armor and leggings.

yep, he has the last piece.

abuse his weak points (i think his was holy attacks) with union glyphs, boost your stats with dominus agony and accessories like holy attack boost ring, bring lots of healing etc.

well i just started playing and having fun.
had to get my ds out of pawn today when i seen this was out

so anyone else been hoeing Franky out to lvl up.lol
i'm fighting the crab/spider guy right now, i been looking for rue tho and can't find any:(
anyone knows where to look?
maybe i'll find some in a later stage?

anyway i was wondering how do you get the bad and good endings:P
don't want to mess up and get stuck with the bad.lol
but if its like AOS/DOS you'll be able to find what you need at any point, right?
