Does anyone have sprites of Chronicles Simon whipping on stairs? I tried looking for a full sprite sheet of the guy already, but none of them were complete.

Thanks, man! ;D

Hey, if it's not too much to ask, could you make sprites of Simon whipping while jumping? I found it awkward looking in the older Castlevanias when the characters would switch to their standing whip pose in mid-air.

Thanks again. What I'm thinking of doing is having Simon's body open up a bit when winding up the whip, and then tense up when he finally cracks it.

Also, I added another frame to the whipping animation and gave the whip an animation upgrade as well. And then there's the new pallet I'm using.

Plainly and simply a sprite remake of Richter Belmont made to look more like his RoB artwork.

Added a variation for each of his arms: One with the leather grip, and another with the white wristband.
The mastermind behind the "Umbra of Sorrow" project. But not the only one.

Hello! This is my first time posting in the Fan Stuff forum section. I would appreciate it if anyone could give me some advice on the two different WIP character sprites I've attached. The character is a Belmont, and I'm trying to decide which to continue working on.

#1:
Pros: Looks a bit better to me.
Cons: The sprite base is Jonathan Morris, whose movement style is a jog. Would it look weird to have a Belmont main character move around like that?
Also, it would take a lot longer to sprite, having more animation frames.
#2:
Pros: Not as many frames. Also, the base is a Belmont. (Even if it does look kinda flail-y.)
Cons: Not as many frames. The second from the left is an additional frame I added to try to smooth it out, but I'm not very confident that I could add more and have it look halfway decent. Also, the sprite base doesn't have a dark outline, which is to help distinguish the sprite from the background, as far as I know?

Also, two more small things that I edited from stuff. The first is supposed to be a Manul, a small wild cat native to central Asia, and then a small background flower. Snapdragons

Right.

The darker colors pop out more for me.

What's good y'all?

Right here is my revised Simon sprite for my CV2 remake. It's meant to emulate the custom spritework of SmithyGCN, such as this, this, and this.

I'd appreciate any feedback, especially on any parts of him that look particularly weird.

thanks shiroi ;D
i also perish better, i'll leave the ones on the right, the problem is that i do not know how to animate, i was thinking of using the DSVania Editor to extract and change the sprites cut into pieces to see if I eproduce the frames .... can it be?
