For the sprites ? I'm using a futuristic program designed only for this, it's called MS PAINT! (seriously I use paint =D) Since it's for windows, I guess you can't use it D: But there is a version of it online! Or you could download any other program that does the same thing like, photoshop ( does the same and better)

I think he meant the one you're using to program the game.
It is precisely because it never cared, that people do care.  It's something which it's lacking, because that which it has, it has lackluster of.

You are now reading this in Robert Belgrade's voice.

Then Lords of Shadow 2 just takes a big, semi-solid, smelly, pea-green dump all over everything.

His thighs are too thin. They should be at least as thick as his shins (I'm only talking about the third sprite).

By Julius' run, I meant the new one from HD. This one, while on the same sheet, is the one from DoS. The animation had constant complaints of Julius' legs not looking like they're attached to his torso. Look to the center of the sheet and you'll find another running animation.

I see that you've made it look a lot nicer, though. Here's some pointers, though:
-Starting from Frame 3, his foreground leg begins to get thinner, reaching it's thinnest point at Frame 5.
-Starting from Frame 6, it sudden boosts to a much thicker size, but the thigh is thinner than the the rest of the leg.
-Frame 7, the thigh boosts in size.
-Frame 8, almost a perfect size for the leg, it's just the knee juts out pixel or two too far.
-Frame 9, the legs, like on Julius, don't look like they're properly attached to the torso. Editing the area around his hipbones could easily solve this. The foot that I assume is the background one also takes on an odd shape.

I hope that helps. :)

Damn :/ I used the old one ? that sucks :/ I spent an hour on that <O>
What you think should I do? Make it over the new one or just adjust it?

It's really up to you. A few minor adjustments and you can get rid of the problem the original animation had.
Or if you want to, you can switch to the new one, which actually has some problems of its own (which are merely coloration problems that I'm pretty sure won't bother you).

In the end, the say is yours. It's your game and the final decision is made by you.

Yes, you did fix it up quite a bit. :D

Only a couple of remaining problems...
-Sprite 6's knee on the foreground leg is a little too high. You could lower it a bit.
-On Sprite 6 and 9, it seems you extended the torso to fix the non-attachment problem. However, it has made his arms look too short. A slight adjustment of his arms would be needed.

Otherwise, those are the only problems I see. I'm not the best sprite artist out there, but I've spent enough time looking at sprites in general to point out a few problems. :)
