which looks better?

I don't know for sure since I don't know who this is supposed to be, but I'd personally pick A.

I like B cause it's less 'noisy'.

Hello to everybody, I'm working in a improved version of Simon Belmont from Simon's Quest that is based on the official art, the hardest part to improve was the hair that is based on Alucard and Juste, How do you like the work I made?? It is the first time doing something like this. :)

If it's the very very first time you're doing this, I like your take on it.
Are you trying to stay true to the NES, however, you're supposed to be limited to only three colors (which is why Simon was so simple back then).

If this is for homebrew or just to 'test your skills' with a still retro version but not really an NES-centric version, then I like your armor shading color.  The hair looks like the box art and so does the super-tanned orange, though from far away, they make Simon look wierd.

I'm not a fan of the bright yellow.  I realize that the shoulderpads and kneepads in the boxart had gold accents but they just make the sprite look a bit too 'busy'.

Keep at it, though! You get better each time you attempt at it and people here will help you.

New version of the Simon Belmont official art, Thanks for feedback @Jorge D. Fuentes I think the kneepads look a little busy too I wanted to base them on Harmony of Dissonance's skeletons but they looked like flowers (3 pixels vertical), I need 4 vertical pixels at least for proper kneepads but Simon sprite is small so I can't afford 4 pixels, less than 3 pixels make the kneepads look like cheap to me.

EDIT: Could anyone explain me how to show up larger images? the image I attached is large but looks small.

Hi! I'm currently in process of making a Castlevania fan-game in RPG Maker 2003, and currently need sprites. (I myself am not very talented in spritework.) SO, if anyone would like, please contact me or just respond to this comment with the spritework.
I am in need of RPG Maker 2003 sprites for:
-Juste Belmont
-John Morris
-Shanoa
-Johnathan Morris
-Simon Belmont
-Trevor Belmont.
Thank you so much!!! :)
