Topic: Your Dream Cast (movie related)

I know, I know, I JUST started a topic that was about the movie, but I couldn't resist sharing my ideas.

Name who you would cast if you were at the helm of this thing and could cast whoever you wanted.

For Simon Belmont, I think Clive Owen would be cool, or maybe Viggo Mortensen.

For the Succubus, well, there's only one Monica Belucci.

For Death, I think he should be done with some motion capture CGI, and be voiced by Frank Welker. Just listen to him as Megatron from the old Transformers show and tell me that wouldn't he wouldn't make for a cool Death.

For Dracula, I'm not sure. It depends on what kind of Dracula. If it were classic, Lugosi-Inspired young Dracula, I'd like to see Christian Bale, as a villain for a change. If it were a more older, Stoker-Inspired Dracula, there's only one Christopher Lee, and we already know he's great.

If Shaft were to make an appearance, I'd go with Alan Rickman.

I think the castlevania was already made into a tv series. To watch it, put on Hercules the Legendary Hero and imagine Kevin Zorbo has a whip in his hand. No need for a movie.

I kinda pictured Heath Ledger as playing Trevor. Least that's what I thought a couple years ago.

Always thought Kate Winslet would make a good Maria, too. She's definitely got the facial structure, and I know she can play the part.

And Juliet Landau for Elizabeth Bartley. Hands down.

I feel like a total movie-newb... I don't know half the names you guys mentioned... Then again, I never was interested in actors' names unless they're REALLY famous, and I mostly refer to actors as "the guy who played (drop a character name here) in (drop a movie's name here)".
Should I feel bad about that?

I would definetely choose Christopher Lee for Dracula, and Keira Knightly for Maria, but I'm not so sure as far as the Belmonts go . Maybe Tom Cruise for Simon or Trevor?
