Nice, the shadows on the cape look better, but think about it, why would the cape drag back and forth on the floor like that? Correct that and you are good to go.
Also, you should add some alternate idle animations within the model to offset the main breathing animations. I.E. The curled whip could be a little crisper and you could have it move idle from left to right while he breaths. I would also add a subtle hair movement to the bounce, to give a sense of weight. Overall this is soild A- work to me.
