To be honest I got the idea after a match fight in my mugen game and after watching the anime series Tsukihime.

Without a doubt, there was no man nor woman who could possibly defeat him at this time.
The lord of darkness, Dracula Vlad Tepes the third had finally conquered a large portion of
Europe. However no Belmont came to stop his reign, and his son missing, only the church
was left to oppose him, or so they thought...

Castlevania: Symphony of Destruction


Dracula sat in his dimly lit throne room, the full moon and his new forest of eternal night, He knew
with the moon at its peak, his power was unquestionable.

"I may have had victory, however it will become stale with time." Dracula said outloud to himself

The keep door was broken down and turned into splinters as the gaze of red eyes met Vlad's.
"Ah welcome to my castle, do come in" he mused.

A woman with a white top and purple skirt approached him, her eyes were catlike and blood red much
like his own.

"Lord Dracula I presume." the woman spoke in a cold disinterested voice.

"My reputation percedes me, now tell me woman, no...i can tell your different, what is it you seek?
a place at my side perhaps? etneral power, hah I think not, I sense you already have that....
Yes it must be my throne you are after."

"I am not here to amuse you, I've only come to defeat you."

Dracula still sitting in his throne doesn;t look amused or even interested in the challenge.

"On what grounds do you believe you are capible of defeating me?"

The woman grits her teeth, knowing already that Vlad's powers are not to be underestimated.

"So Princess...shall we dance?" Dracula inquires as her face turns to shock.

"H-how did you..."

"Spare me, I am well informed, The white vampire princess, Arcuied Brunstud. You should bow down
to the King of all vampires, the lord of the night and darkness."

"I shall will never accept you as a lord."

"Then I shall make you" he says as he teleports off his throne catching Arcuied off guard.
She turns around striking the air with her claws.

"where are you looking?" Dracula says not even near her. He lifts his cape and 3 fireballs are projected
out of the darkness.

Arcuied easily dodges them and slashes the very air at Dracula...some of his silver hair falls to the floor.

Dracula isn;t angry more he grins at this. "At long last, I shall enjoy this."

He disappears into a swarm of bats and materializes away fomr her again.

"He's keeping his distance, which suggests he isn;t well suited for close combat"

"dark inferno!" Dracula commands as he opens his cape again and several molten lava orbs appear and spark
with energy emiting of them. as they hurl towards Arcuied.

He vanishes again. and appears by his throne and watches Arcuied dodge and destroy the blazing orbs.

"Impressive, i've not had this much fun in over a hundred years."

"Nor Have I" she says appearing in front of him at superhuman speed. however it would be a mistake she'd learn hard.
As soon as she stopped talking she was backhanded and then thrown away by Dracula's cape.

"You'll learn your tricks are useless Princess...now I shall ask you once more, join me" he says as he seems quite confident.

"Your weakness is you underestimate me"

The clocktower begins to strike midnight....

"You took too long Princess, I am now at my full power. you shall witness true power!"

Arcuied looks up with her red eyes now shining a

Holy hell man...This is very excellent...Hmhmp..I'm going to need to get Hunter V in the Fan section soon..But its going to be a you tube series....Or at least i seriously hope.

As the castle crumbled in the distance, Arcuied looked to Shiki with a serious face.
"I told you not to follow me." she said as she crossed her arms.
"Stupid, and what would have happened then if I didnt?"
Arcuied sighs and gives up, the boy who saved her is too subborn to give up.
"I dont understand, wasn't Dracula supposidly destroyed in 1999?" Shiki askes looking puzzeled.
"I dont know either Shiki, maybe it was just another vampire posing as him."


Japan:

An old shrine stood still, as a fabled testiment to Dracula's destruction in 1999, however not many knew of this as
the government had Dracula's revivals erased from history, but tales of the great king of vampires would leak and
the media had given it attention, such was the case of one Bram Stoker.

Soma Cruz was an exchange student, he was best friends with the one of the shrine's priestess'
He sat on a  bench watching the sun set, and people walk busily around, the shrine was usually quiet, however
with the recent film's depicting the Vampire king, more people flocked to these ancient areas.

"Its bothersome really, it used to be quiet around here."

"So, Soma I see you come here often." A man says behind Soma, wearing a black business suit, with shoulder lengh blach hair.
"Mr Genya, I didn't know you had an interest in these places?" Soma responds in a surprised tone.
"I maybe the history teacher, but I still like hands on learning, its more rewarding dont you think?"
"I agree sir."

The rays of the sun vanish benith the city's horizon, Genya breathes in deeply.

"Its always nice to watch a sunset, and see the town change...Anyways Soma I must be off, Don't stay out to late."
"I wont Mr Genya." he responds.

The moon is full but has an orange tint to it, it almost remsembles a watery blood. The very same moon can be seen from the
Tohno Mansion.

"I'm home." Shiki states as he removes his shoes.
"Welcome back Master Shiki." The maid Hisui replies waiting in the enterence way.


Soma plopped back in his bed and stared at the ceiling. he could sense something was different in the moon tonight.
But a recent crime wave had made him not able to venture out late at night.
"Man this stinks I cant even look around town for something to do."
Soma looks at the clock on his night stand it shows 7:45pm.
He cracks the window open enough and slips onto the tree outside
"I'm an adult, I can take care of myself if anything happens."

Soma walks along the streets, the odd car passes by, but rather then that, the night is dead.
"Its to quiet..." he thinks outloud, he passes by the park, and stops behind the brick wall. to figures are facing each
other in the park.
"Is that Mr Genya?"

"So even the cursed blood lingers here it seems." Arikardo says, his voice is almost monotonus and devoid of emotion.
Red eyes meet Alucards calm eyes.
"Your scent, who are you, why do you smell of my father?" he says firmly narrowing his eyes.
"Your father? then you must be the son of Dracula...Last I heard of you, you were dorment." Arcuied says.
"That does not answer my question..." Alucard raises his sword "now answer me, who are you?"
"I'm usually known as Arcuied. however you wont need to know that."
She lunges at Alucard with her claws, he avoids the attack by transforming into mist.

He reapears behind her and slashes downwards, but his face turs to show a hint of surprise.
In her hand without putting effort is the blade of his sword..

"she caugh his sword?" Soma thinks.

Alucard leaps back narrowly dodging her swiping claws.

"THATS ENOUGH!" Soma yells making both of them freeze.


"Friend of yours?" Arcuied askes.
Alucard Sighs. "Soma, what are you doing out here?" Alucard askes
"Its strange..."
"What is that we're fighting?" Arcuied askes.
"No I can feel you two arnt normal, this has got to be a dream or i'm going insane."

"No Soma...your blood is special, you have powers since you were born, now their awakening..."
Arcuied looks over Soma curiously.

"I can't believe that..."

Alucard throws a dagger at Soma,
Soma dodges it easily and picks it up "Are you trying to kill me?"

"The wound would not have been fatal if you hadn't dodged...Now look behind you..."

Soma turns and dodges a skeleton's punch.

"The dead are here? is this your doing?" Arcuied askes looking rather angery.

"No, it would mean my father's curse has already begun. those slayed by his hand always stay under his command
like puppets." Alucard said with almost a hint of saddness.

Soma dodged again then cut the skeleton twice, causing it to turn to ash...after that he was granted its power.
"So like father, you too are a monster..."

"W-what just happened?" Soma askes looking at himself.
"Thats what i want to know "Arikardo" what is this boy?" Arcuied says bitterly.
"He happens to have the ability to possess the souls of the dead. like my father. Dracula.." The name rolls off his tongue with disgust.
They're all silent as Soma tries to figure out what just happened due to his rush.

The silence was broken by a small melody.
Alucard flipped his cell phone open and answered.
"Have you located the castle yet? .... No? that would mean he hasn;t been resurrected yet, so we still got time.... I know i'm with him now...
I'll fill you in on the details later... " he closes the phone.
"Who was that?" Arcuied askes looking curious.
"Well firstly, it seems i have some explaining to do to you Soma." Alucard says.
"Your right, all this seems so strange, like a dream"
"Firstly my real name is Adrian Ferenheights Tepes, However most call me Alucard Tepes"

Its dark, the tree's are leafless, and a dense fog rolls in, the moon is hung full in the sky, a crimson moon, seen from everywhere.
From the mist a form begins to take shape as the trees are absorbed slowly a figure emerges, the figure of a castle, Castlevania,
the castle of the Lord of Darkness, Dracula Vlad Tepes the Third.

In the throne room death removes his scythe from a sacraficed virgin female, blood pours over a black coffin, but not for long the
blood creeps back up and into the coffin...and it shatters into splinters and the female body turned to ash.

"My Lord, I have brought you back once again." death says calmly.
"Yes, now I can exact my revenge on those who dared to defy me..."
"They have left Romania, they've traveled to japan master."
"very well then, night shall fall..."

The crimson moon is soon noticed by Arcueid and Alucard.
"Its begun, Father has returned...I'm sorry Soma but we'll have to discuess this another time..." Alucard says dully.
"Your father, you mean the Dracula, the fabled legendary vampire?" Soma says making Alucard stop in his tracks.
With a  quick mist wall Alucard changes back to his civilan clothes. "Perhaps you two are hungry, lets go get something to eat."
Alucard motions to a Mc Donalds.



"Brother, you seem distracted tonight..."
Shiki sits at the large dinning table in his family's mansion.
"The foods great, honestly, i'm just not that hungry tonight Akiha." Shiki responds.
"Then are you not feeling well? Shall I have Hisui check you?"
"No thats quiet alright, I'm just going to go to my room and rest."


Dark clouds shroud the moon tonight, its full again like that night a week ago.
"Gee the moon looks like it did when we fought Dracula..." Shiki thinks to himself.


A swarm of bats flock together and Dracula materializes above the city unnoticed...
"So this is japan, its crowded, silly humans..."
Dracula quikly takes notes on the area and vanishes into a swarm of bats again.
He reappears in a park, its late so not many people are out, he stumbles apon a couple making out.
"I suppose a snack wouldn't hurt..."

Before either can react Dracula pick both up by the heads and quick sinks his teeth into the man causing his
girlfriend to scream. Dracula hearing this quickly silences her by breaking her head open off a tree...and his discards the man's body
"Fool , you had to go and ruin my fun, now i had to break you...no matter, more will come."

"You see I am the blood son of Dracula, Hence i changed my name to Alucard, I may have emulated him in childhood, but we Never agreed on things..."
Alucard swallows his food in his mouth with less grace then expected.
"Father will likely take over any vampire clans that exist still forming a new army, If this happens,  he may gain untold power in his war against the humans."
"Alucard, why did Dracula wage the war on humanity?" Arcueid askes.
"It wasn't until mortals burned Lisa, my mother as a witch, since she was experienced in medicine...Then father destroyed the entire village leaving no survivors and cursed the land itself, cause more suffering...it was then I allied myself with the then Belmont, Trevor Belmont and his party to end my fathers rage."
"that had to be a long time ago.." Soma said popping a french fry in his mouth.
"Nearly a millenium..." Alucard replies.
"So then Dracula is older then me it would seem.." Arcuied says looking confused.
"Most of the vampires now are all here cause no ones found a way to truely defeat my father, every time he is defeated, its only a matter of time before he is resurrected
again."
"Hmm, I've never fought a dead apostle this old." Arcueid says thinking more to her self.
"Technicly hes a true ancestor, only of earth and not of the moon...I had some time to study other vampires as well." Alucard says.
"Tell me then Alucard, was he only toying with me then? or was that his full potential?"
"Not likely, Father rarely shows his true power unless he's forced to. I have my doubts hes after something...more like destruction of those who could pose a threat to him."
"whats the point, isnt he the strongest vampire?" soma askes almost dully
"I cant say, but it worries me...if he was only toying with me, the destructive power he holds, is amazing, even more so that hes been defeated by humans..." Arcuied says
"The King of all demons, feared by man and most beasts alike, Dracula rises from the grave once defeated, each time he reincarnates, his power increases..."
"So your dad's an overlord then?" Soma askes, getting a nervous look form arcuied and not much fomr alucards stone like gaze.
"Hes the lord of darkness, since not in the abyss, hes not an underlord. but its not matter of defeating him, but stopping his power."

"Miss Akiha, it would seem the random dissappeances have begun once again..."
"It was only a matter of time Kohaku, I can only hope that my brother will not get to involved."
Hisui opens The door to Shiki's room, the curtains are blowing, and window is open, suggesting he left without anyone knowing.
The outside moon is full and crimson...as bats flew accross its view, a erie chill is in the air, as the lord of darkness returned

A chill ran down Alucard and Soma's backs, and both looked at each other
"Something isnt right..." Alucard said sniffing the air, Arcuied too sniffed and her face went from friendly to serious.
"whats going on?" Soma said looking around... "wait a second, its quiet...very quiet..."

"We better check it out..." Arcueid says getting up and tossing some money to cover the food.
"So Arcueid Brunstud, just what exactly are you, for father to vow revenge on you..." Alucard inquires.

"I am a true ancestor vampire, those that drink the blood of others are known as dead apostles, what humans normally call vampires...
True ancestors dont require blood to sustain their lives, their much like a holy spirit in some ways. however your father is a different case.
He drinks blood for his own pleasure not that he requires it...For this reason hes his own breed of vampire, and dangerous at that."

"So you dont drink blood that means?" Soma asked

"Never mind that Soma, take this..." Alucard handed soma a dagger like sword.
"The Dead..." Arcueid says as the street before them is littered with stumbling zombies.

Alucard slashs an undead and it bursts into flames that dont burn the clothes it was wearing.
"It would seem Father has sent familiars to this city..." alucard says chopping the head off another.
"why call him your father?" Arcueid askes shreding another with her claws.
"This is just wrong, you two chatting while your killing things..."
"Soma watch yourself!" Alucard yells to him as an undead office worker lunges for Soma.
Soma dodges with an almost vampiric grace and slashs the being in the back, severing its spine.
"So far, all the high school students ive met are interesting, for humans..." Arcueid says impressed at Soma's agility.

It didnt take long, but there was one more on the far end of the street fighting his way throw the crowd of dead.
Shiki wasnt really needing much effort to destroy these things, but the feeling of each kill was sickening, knowing that they were once human
beings like himself.
"theres no end to these things" Shiki thought to himself.

A large porton of the undead burst into blue flames, as a glass bottle was thrown amidst them.
an older man stood on a small brick wall, he had a leather brown coat on, and look almost he came from an old western movie.
He drew out a whip, and spun it around destroying the remaining number with crackling of bones...

"Julius...better late then never..." Alucard promptly said.
"Still cinical as usual I see, not showing any thanks...however I was on the trail of a vampire when I sensed something here..."
Julius looks at Arcuied, "And she is?"
"Just a friend..." Alucard responds.
"Boy...You cannot fool me, that is a vampire..."

"Yes I am a vampire...and your an old man" Arcueid snaps back...


"Always getting into trouble every time i leave you alone... Shesh I swear..." Shiki says walking up to the rest.
"Who are you?" Soma askes him...


Bats swarm into a blobless form then form a human shape floating 2 storys in the air...and long flowing robes appear with golden trim,
A bony face and well kept facial hair.

"Father! Why have you come to this place!" Alucard yells.

Dracula looks down apon the small group, and looks at each one...

"The clan of destiny...Belmonts....My flawed Son...The white princess...and the Boy who killed me..."
dracula said coldly....

"As you can see boy... you failed to destroy me completely, for that I thank you..." His face changes sudden to anger "BY death...you a mere human oppose me... your not even gifted like the cursed belmonts..."

"Spare Us Dracula...or should i say Mathias..." Arcueid says..

"Now that takes me back, I've not gone by that name for over nine hundred years...however Arcuied Brunstud...I vowed my revenge on you and your pet human.... but tonight is not that night, how "lucky" of you..."

With that Dracula's form disperses into a swarm of bats and scatters away...

"What is going on, we sealed him in the lunar ecplise didnt we?" Julius says dumbfoundly...

"I do not know let us rest for tonight tho..." Alucard says places his sword back in its place.
"your right, its been a long trip, tonight I rest I'll be on the move again tomorrow tho." Julius says.

"Im actully confused, I cut his point of death i thought..." Skihi mutters quietly...
"Shiki, Perhaps you missed or only his body was destroyed..." Arcueid says in an almost sad tone.

"So we'll figure it out...?" Soma says walking yawning...
"Its not the first time my father's used a false body to do battle with, it depends on the ritual to summon him. however we've not found a way
to destroy his essence or soul, its been bound to earth as long as humanity has hatred...That is why my blood is cursed" Alucard says

"Because your related to one of the most powerful vampires in existence?" Arcuied askes Alucard.
"The time is late, perhaps it would be best if we continue tomorrow" Alucard says turning his back to Arcuied.

"Yeah unlike everyone some of us have finals coming up..." Soma says."
"Crap, I forgot about them, I was supposed to study tonight.." Shiki says dropping his head down and sighing.
"Dont worry, you'll be fine..." Arcuied says.

Soma starts walking away. "At any rate im exhausted, so im going home." He waves while still walking and vanishes into the night.

"Something about him I dont quiet like... Maybe its cause hes rude..." Shiki mutters...
"Or its cause hes an Americian?" Arcuied gestures.
"Dont say silly things like that..." Shiki sighs once more, and starts walking home as well leaving Arcuied and Alucard.

"Alucard was it?" Arcuied askes with a serious face.
"Yes? what is it that you want of me?"
"Nothing much Information on why this feud started...if I recall your father, Dracula, lived quietly for a long time...."
"Tis not something I would wish to remember."
"I need to know as much as I can about the vampire I have to destroy..."
"So your no different then myself it would seem, Cursed for eternity to hunt your own kind."
"Well I was originally only hunting one vampire for all time, Roa, until Shiki came along and killed me, things changed after that."
"I see, Well I cant remember everything, but Father lived alone after the belmonts declined to join him. it wasnt till several hundred years later.
that I was born, then everything went wrong..."
"I see we'll have to talk more...Adrian" Arcuied says waving to him as she leaves.

"Father, why is it we must continue this fight..."
