It looks like a doujin.

Also, which page is Maria converted into a succubus?  Because that would be hot if it actually happened.

It's just a piece of fan art drawn in manga style. This is the part where Magnus tells Maria that she's young and beautiful and Alucard won't be able to resist drinking her blood that night.

As for Maria turning into a succubus, maybe you could try drawing it yourself :)
