I think the American demographic that would want to play, and buy, Castlevania and Silent Hill the Arcade are the demographic least likely to actually own a kinect or move.

On top of that, the amount of the demographic above that would actually purchase a kinect or move just for one of or both of those games is even less.

Konami probably knows this, and we'll never see it ported.

Sounds like it's time to try to get an arcade board for each of these and donate them to the MAME team.

I think a Wii version is best since Move is an OBVIOUS rip-off (wii Fit, meet Move Fit), and Kinect is kinda lame.

If it wasn't for the reported backwards compatibility between Wii U and Wii I'd say it's a bit risky to port those two games this late in the game. However, arcade shooters are fairly popular, so depending on how well they did in the arcades of Yamato it might be worth it to do it.

Not to be rude, but... your logic is a bit flawed. Just because Move is a rip-off (which I absolutely agree it is) doesn't mean a Wii-version would be best. The PS3 could probably handle the graphics a whole lot better than the Wii. But I dunno. I just want to play the game, regardless of which console it ends up on. And that would be - no console at all, unfortunately.

Move has the same problem as Kinect, if you don't stay in proximity of the camera, your gone!
The wii does not have this problem, Therefore I'd rather play a version of the game when I back up I won't lose complete control.

You need to stay in the Wii's sensor range.
Of course, staying in range is near to no problem. Kinect isnt nearly as ineffective or unresponsive as people said. Can't speak for Move, since I never used it.

But uh... How about multiplatform, guys?

Wii's sensor range is Far wider than that of Move and Kinect, mostly because the sensors are...... (DUN DUN DUN!)
In the Controller itself, granting it way further Range.

that "sensor bar" is just two lamps emitting a UV light that the Controller picks up, you can replicate the sensor bar with two candles.

That's why the Wiimote can be used with a PC with little effort as long as you have blutooth adapter.

You meant Infrared.  But you get an A for effort.
You can also make your own sensor bar (and power it with USB, too) if you wanted said Wiimotes to work on your PC. ;)
