Alucard has an unfair advantage because the game was designed for him.  If Richter could equip armor, use items, and level up like Alucard, it wouldn't be so one sided and everything would come down to maneuverability.

PoR Richter (RICHITER) in SoTN, problem solved.

CoTM was irritating enough Having to double tap all the time, good thing for gameshark for constant run.
