It is not exactly a Castlevania Parody, but a lot of episodes from Press Start Adventures are heavily inspired by Castlevania.
Press Start: Bonus Levels - 06 - Symphony of the Trite

Press Start Adventures - 18 - Food Fight

Press Start Adventures - 25 - Darksolicitors

Press Start Adventures - 33 - God of Chores, Part 1
The last one has  3 parts.Too lazy to post them.

They even have Robert Belgrade appear in one of the episodes. He's Alucard's american voice actor :

Can't believe I forgot that I have not watched that in awhile "put down the gun and hit on the nun" the powha of RELIGION!!! Brings back good memories of saying that online.
