There. Now that I have your attention, the law hasn't passed yet, but I smell Jack Thompson's legal ghost haunting about.

To be fair, it's a mere 1% additional tax, and it WOULD be directed to "two new state funds devoted to childhood outdoor education and bullying prevention", though as noble as they are, any effectiveness they might have remains to be seen.

Also, to be fair, the guy proposing this does have a BADASS name.
