I don't know if anyone here is interested in making cross stitch patterns.
But if you have time in your hands and would like to immortalize CV sprites or any other image as an art project, this software might help you. http://www.iktsoft.net/kgchart-en/kgchart/
The free version is good enough, in my opinion.
