Do you guys knew that he got a pain animation? I activated it throwing a lot of shurikens at the same time non-stop, he will be stunned for about 3 seconds.  :P

I dont remember seeing it before, maybe it ever happens when you are almost killing him, but I wanted to check.

I get that effect all the time. It only happens with the shurikens though.

I've always used the pie. I guess Richter doesn't like custard  :P

The first time that I've won against him I didnt knew about some secret areas, so I couldnt use the pie even if I wanted, I've used the javelin in max level (also I didnt beat any of the last portrait levels, so no bonus against him, now imagine my frustration when I discovered that you can find a dark whip and a holy armor beating these areas lol. Even so its was awesome to me that I defeated him this way).

This time I tried using the pie but even so, shuriken deals even more damage and can kill him faster and easier (discovered this in a random internet search)

I can't even remember what I used against him, but it was probably a lot of potions.  :P

I've used potions and some pudding's buckets. With shurikens I dont even needed to heal myself.

Boomerangs..... It's simple, toss one behind u ( watch the wall of course) once it's on it's decent he will either jump( leaving him open to about two whip slaps) or walk towards you( = danger knee to the chin). Usually when I get to this point I try different load outs. Those shurikens do work wonders as well but it's much easier to get your point across smacking people in the face with that good wood.  :o
